Michel Joseph is also known in the world of journalism for his reporting, especially his preoccupation with adoption issues. He has set himself apart from the news to help all those who are searching for their biological parents in Haiti. His first report dates back 6 years, to 2015. Since then, the presenter of the 7-8pm news on RTVC has been committed to this idea. It’s a dream he’s cherished for many years, and one that has now become a reality. Between emotion, determination and motivation, Michel doesn’t want to miss a single opportunity to contribute to the happiness of others.

The new structure “Voie d’espoir”, dedicated this Saturday, March 6, 2021, a census day to all Haitian parents looking for their children in adoption. This census will enable them to be traced through basic information. According to the head of the organization, Michel Joseph, more than 700 families made the trip. They were thirsty for such an initiative. They looked like the Good Lord come down to earth. Their faces expressed overflowing joy, a hope of reconnecting with their offspring after long years of separation.

Hundreds of young people volunteered to make this highly commendable event a success. It was a highly effective and motivating day that left a lasting impression on many. Each story is a discovery of a new world and a new life.

Voie d’espoir wants to be a heritage, a reference, a destination, and has set itself the mission of bringing smiles back to the faces of all parents and adopted children. We also want to be the path that leads to hope.
