Haiti earthquake: Rihanna donates $500,000 to help victims

Visit Mega American star of Barbadian origin Rihanna, real name, Robyn Rihanna Fenty and its foundation “La Fondation Clara Lionel” vare for disaster relief of Haiti August 14 earthquake 2021. In an announcement on the cite foundation’s website, the singer and businesswoman, who recently became a billionaire according to the Forbes magazine, and his foundation donated $500,000 to the victims from earthquake of the Deep South of the country.

This money will directly into the coffers of six foundations: CapraCare, Fokal, Haiti Air Ambulance, Health Equaty International, Project Medishare and Zanmi Lasante. Selon the foundation, these are the ones that are eligible à find this gift in as they are used to working in resilient programs throughout the Caribbean to address various dimensions of emergency preparedness.

However, the Foundation believes that these funds are the way the earthquake is devastating these areas, and that long-term investment is needed to meet the needs of these victims and their families. from to enable affected communities to resist at potentials natural disasters that threatensthe country.
