The former mayor of Cité Soleil, Esaïe Beauchard, steadfastly upholds his accusations against Sterline Civil, the Director General of the National Education Fund (FNE).
Beauchard, also a leader of ROSPO, alleges that Ms. Civil has been involved in the misappropriation of funds within the institution she manages.
He stated his readiness to respond to the summons to the correctional court issued by the FNE Director General.
However, he emphasized that, to ensure true fairness, Ms. Civil must resign from her position before their court appearance.
