Haiti in the face of tyranny: A call for popular resistance

Date:

Today, Haiti is plagued by unbearable violence under the domination of armed gangs.

The State, far from protecting its citizens, collaborates with this barbarism, betraying its people.

The brutal repression of the peaceful demonstrations of April 16, 2024 reveals the complicity of a regime that puts its own interests ahead of fundamental rights.

The political elites, silent and corrupt, are also complicit in this oppression, while massacres and kidnappings multiply.

However, history teaches us that tyranny cannot endure in the face of a united people.

The call to resistance is clear: the Haitian people must rise up, demand justice and dignity, and transform their indignation into action.

By drawing on its heritage of struggle, Haiti can hope to be reborn.
