Joaceus Nader accuse de liens avec le reseau criminel Viv Ansanm selon la DCPJ
Partager l'article

The former Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications, Joacéus Nader, is at the heart of a state scandal, according to the latest revelations from the Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ).

In a damning report linked to the investigation into the Magalie Habitant case, Nader is named as a central player in the Viv Ansanm criminal network, renowned for its violent activities and connections with figures from the world of organized crime.

The document, consulted by the newspaper, establishes a direct link between Joacéus Nader and Ezequiel Alexandre, alias “Ze An”, a notorious criminal who recently escaped from prison.

Ze An is considered an influential member of Viv Ansanm, an armed group suspected of arms trafficking, kidnapping and other large-scale abuses.

The investigators go further: they claim that it was Nader himself who introduced Ze An to Magalie Habitant as part of a hostage-for-ransom operation.

At a time when Viv Ansanm could soon be designated an international terrorist organization, this link between the former minister and the armed group raises alarming questions about the porosity between political power and criminal networks in Haiti.

Given the seriousness of the facts, the absence of any reaction from the public prosecutor’s office is cause for concern.

To date, no official summons has been sent to Joacéus Nader, fuelling suspicions of impunity and complicity within the judiciary.
