Accompanied by Dr. Maryse Narcisse, the former president of the republic left the country aboard a plane registered HI1045.
Remember that the de facto president, Jovenel Moïse, had allowed Dr. Jean-Bertrand Aristide to obtain a diplomatic passport with a humanitarian rating.
