Adding to this uncertainty is the country\u2019s ambiguous stance between Beijing and Taipei, a balancing act that threatens to further weaken Haiti\u2019s global posture. This precarious geopolitical tightrope could come at a high cost.<\/p>\n
It is urgent for Haitian diplomacy to descend from the lofty stages of international summits and land in the streets of Cit\u00e9 Soleil, Martissant, and Lascahobas \u2014 where citizens are not waiting for speeches, but for action.<\/p>\n
