Three Haitian writers, including Frank\u00e9tienne, Emmelie Proph\u00e8te and Louis-Phillipe Dalambert, were honored this year. <\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>The Grand Prix de la Francophonie was awarded to Frank\u00e9tienne, the mapou of Haitian literature.
